Yesterday was Tali's school play "Too Much Noise."

Mother's Day 2009

Mother's Day '09 Began with a special breakfast from Krispy Kreme.
Later in the day, we all went to the Blanford Nature Center for a nature walk.
Yes, Zev is wearing pajamas.

Mother's Day Fun Begins....

Notice how the big boy is all duded up for the Mother's Day tea party at school...

The party was lovely, and there was even a touching ceremony in which the teacher read aloud quotes from the kids on the theme of why they loved their mothers. Most of them were like "I love my mommy because she is so beautiful" or "I love my mommy because she plays with me and takes me on airplanes."

This is what Zev said:

"I love my mommy because she makes milk and breakfast and lunch and dessert. She puts on Demand with Diego in a dark cave"

The truth comes out....

Gardening and Biking

We're working on a veggie garden in the old herb garden spot in the yard.
Today we got to work...

40 (!) minutes later, Tali and Zev lost interest and decided that they needed a bike ride, and Zev would be safest with elbow and knee pads as well as a helmet.
